The way to get your "tailored" trip, at a time when YOU want to go, is by talking to us via e-mail. Groups of 6 or more enjoy a distinct advantage. They can deviate from the Standard 6 Day Trips as much as they want, with enough input and planning. Groups of 8 enjoy a 15% discount. Between October and May, you can reach us at the telephone number below. We are based in Colorado (Mountain Standard Time) and our hours are M-F 9am-7pm, Sat 9am-5pm. If you wish a call FROM us, please leave your coordinates and a good time for us to call YOU.

Please address the following 4 questions in your initial email to us:

a. How did you find our website? Were you referred by a former client?

b. What Month would you like to go on our Tour? Which Suite do you prefer, what is your second choice?

c. How many people in your group? Age range? Degree of Fitness?
Any special requirements, limitations?

d. Also in your email, please include any information, such as your Tour Theme interests, etc., which can assist us in making your trip a personal and memorable experience. Now is a good time to read "Our Tour Themes".

Carefully read the "Booking Your Reservation" page of the website. There are three documents that are Required Reading before you can sign up for our tours. They are:

1. The Home Page and the Pics of the Parish House at the bottom of that page. Choose your Suite from these pictures.
2. The "Booking Your Reservation" Page
3. This Page, and the answer to all three questions above

If we have availability that matches your needs, you will be sent the Parish House "LeGuide", which includes an "Agreement to Tour". Upon getting a firm reservation and booking this contract form must be signed by all members of your party.
